We collect and store the following permissions and associated data in our secured database:

• threads_basic: Access and display your Threads profile information (e.g., profile image, name, ID) and posts within kikipage (visible only to you).
• threads_content_publish: Create and schedule/publish Threads posts on your behalf.
• threads_manage_replies: Write replies on your behalf and hide replies.
• threads_manage_insights: Access analytics for your Threads profile and individual posts to display performance metrics.
• threads_read_replies: Get replies to your Threads posts.
• threads_manage_mentions: Get content where you're mentioned.
• threads_keyword_search: Get content based on keywords.

All Threads-related data is accessed solely to support kikipage's core functionalities, and only with your explicit consent.

c. Through Instagram API with Instagram Login:

If you connect an Instagram professional account, we collect and store the following permissions and associated data in our secured database:

• instagram_basic: Allows the app to read information and media from your Instagram account profile.
• instagram_business_basic: Access and display your Instagram professional account profile information, such as account ID, username, account type, profile image, follower count, and media count.
• instagram_business_manage_comments: Read, manage, hide, unhide, and respond to comments related to your Instagram professional account media.
• instagram_manage_comments: Read, manage, hide, unhide, and respond to comments related to your Instagram media where this permission is required by Meta for comment workflows.
• instagram_business_content_publish: Create and publish Instagram media on your behalf when you request publishing features.
• instagram_business_manage_insights: Access analytics for your Instagram profile and media so we can display performance metrics.
• instagram_business_manage_messages: Receive and manage Instagram Direct Message events only when you enable messaging workflows.

Instagram data is accessed only to provide account connection, publishing, comment management, analytics, and messaging workflows that you explicitly use.

We use the information collected to provide the following services:

• Authenticate and manage your account
• Display and manage your Threads content within kikipage
• Schedule and publish posts on your behalf
• Provide analytics and performance metrics about your Threads and Instagram activity
• Manage and optimize engagement (e.g., replies, mentions, Instagram comments, and Direct Messages)
• Connect and manage your Instagram professional account, including publishing, comment management, insights, and messaging features you choose to use
• Improve overall service performance and user experience
• Process payments and orders (if applicable)
• Communicate with users about updates and service-related notices

We do not use Threads or Instagram data for any purpose outside of what is described here, and we adhere strictly to Meta's platform policies and GDPR requirements.

We process your data under the following lawful bases:

• Consent: You have given clear consent for us to process your personal data.
• Contract: Processing is necessary to deliver the services outlined in our Terms of Service.
• Legitimate Interest: For improving our service, providing analytics, and responding to user inquiries.

Your personal data is stored only for as long as you use the service. Upon account deletion or data deletion request, your information will be permanently and promptly removed from our systems.

• No third-party sharing: We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required or explicitly consented by you.
• No outsourcing: We do not outsource data processing to any external vendors.
